Guy Linley-Adams who qualified as a solicitor both in England & Wales and in Scotland, specialises in environmental law, conservation, water, fisheries and freedom of information. Prior to law, Guy worked for many environment and wildlife NGOs, including Friends of the Earth, the Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF-UK) and Wildlife and Countryside Link and as Director of Conservation at the Marine Conservation Society. Guy now acts for a number of NGOs including WWF-UK and the Salmon & Trout Association, is a member of the UK Environmental Law Association and the Environmental Law Foundation and a Trustee of the Wye and Usk Foundation. www.linley-adams.co.uk
Dr. Justin Neal, Solicitor, Fish Legal. Dr Justin Neal, a former lecturer, specialises in environmental law and planning/local government litigation. Before joining Fish Legal he was head of Environmental Law at Aaron & Partners and before that headed the planning, environment and local government section of Irwin Mitchell’s public law department. He was previously the head solicitor at a non-governmental organisation specialising in water law and pollution cases. He is also a member of the UK Environmental Law Association.
